When can I check in and check out?

Rooms are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out is until 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Early check-in and late check-out are possible by prior arrangement, subject to availability.

You can make a reservation directly on our website, by email, or by phone. To finalize your reservation, the full amount of the accommodation fee must be paid in advance of your arrival. Payment details and deadlines will be provided in your booking confirmation. The tourist tax (IFA) and fees for any additional services used can be settled on-site.

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the selected rate category and time of year. The specific terms and conditions are always listed in the booking confirmation.

Our hotel offers three room categories. The Mini rooms provide compact, comfortable accommodations, the Standard rooms are more spacious, while the Superior rooms offer more floor space and additional amenities. What makes the Superior rooms special is that they feature two separate rooms in a two-room layout, providing our guests with even more comfort and greater privacy.

Yes. A twin arrangement consists of two separate beds, while in a double arrangement, the beds are pushed together and made up as a single unit, so they can be used as a double bed. Please let us know which arrangement you prefer when making your reservation.

We can only provide extra beds in our Superior rooms, either in the form of a pull-out sofa or a rollaway bed. The fee for an extra bed is 12,500 HUF + tourist tax per person per night, which includes breakfast. Please let us know in advance when making your reservation if you require an extra bed.

We primarily serve breakfast buffet-style, featuring fresh baked goods, boiled eggs, hot dishes, seasonal homemade sweet and savory spreads, as well as coffee and tea. When putting together our selection, we place special emphasis on local ingredients and homemade delicacies.

If fewer than three rooms are booked at the property at any given time, breakfast is served as a personalized, table-service meal. In such cases, we ask our guests to fill out their breakfast requests with the help of our staff the night before, so that we can welcome them the next morning with a freshly prepared, custom-made breakfast.

Half-board is available during specific periods by prior arrangement. The half-board package is available at a discounted rate only at the time of booking and includes one three-course dinner per person. Beverages are not included in the package and must be ordered separately. After arrival, on-site prices apply to restaurant meals and any dinners ordered. For more information, please contact us.

Dinner is available during our restaurant's hours of operation:

  • Wednesday through Saturday: 12:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m. (last order at 9:30 p.m.)
  • Sunday: 12:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m. (last order at 7:30 p.m.)
  • On Monday and Tuesday: Our restaurant is closed.

Regarding our breakfast menu, please let us know in advance if you have any gluten-free, lactose-free, or vegetarian requirements so that we can make the necessary preparations. Gluten-free, lactose-free, and vegetarian options are always available on our dinner menu. If you have food allergies or other special dietary needs, please contact us before making a reservation.

The northern shore of Lake Balaton is just a few minutes' drive away, so our guests can easily enjoy the lake's proximity and the nearby beaches.

Monoszló and the Káli Basin offer numerous marked hiking and biking trails for those who enjoy active recreation. The area is an ideal choice for hiking, scenic excursions, and cycling adventures alike. Nearby is the Hegyestű Geological Exhibition Site, which, with its breathtaking views, is one of the most popular destinations in the area. In addition, MONOslow’s own vineyards and the surrounding vineyards offer our guests an excellent opportunity for a pleasant walk or a relaxing break in nature, while discovering the unique landscapes and wine culture of the Káli Basin.

The property has its own parking lot, which we provide free of charge to our guests. We can guarantee a parking space if you book in advance, but availability is always subject to capacity.

Among the area’s most famous attractions are the picturesque villages of the Káli Basin, the Hegyestű Geological Exhibition Site, the Stone Sea, the Szentbékkállai Stone Sea, the Salföldi Farm, as well as the region’s excellent wineries and culinary destinations.

Yes, we warmly welcome families with children. Please let us know the number and ages of your children when you make your reservation.

We can provide a crib for our youngest guests upon advance request. Please note that due to the limited size of our Mini rooms, it is not possible to accommodate a crib in these room types.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets in the guest rooms. However, we welcome well-behaved pets on a leash in our restaurant, provided they are accompanied by their owners.

We also offer on-site wine tastings for our guests, providing an opportunity to discover the exceptional wines of the Káli Basin. Our staff will be happy to provide information in advance or on-site regarding the availability, dates, and details of the wine tastings. At certain times, special wine-and-dining and wine-and-lifestyle themed packages are also available, making your stay in the Káli Basin even more complete. Yes, both our accommodation and our restaurant accept the SZÉP Card, so our guests can use their SZÉP Card for both services.

Yes, our venue is an excellent choice for small corporate events, executive workshops, team-building activities, and corporate retreats.
